This is one of my favourite lunch options. I could replace rice and curry with this simple chickpeas salad. Its healthy and easy to fix too. So Mummies, if you and I think alike, here’s some thing to try out!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of cooked chickpeas
- Low fat curd
- chopped onions
- chopped green bell pepper
- chopped tomatoes
- dash of lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients with 2 tablespoons of low fat curd.
- Add chick peas in and give it a good mix.
- Add lime juice.
